Reset Course Progress

 Currently, only the users are able to reset their progress. Company managers cannot reset progress for a user.

  1. Have the user who needs their course progress reset log into the portal with their account.
  2. Click My Courses.
  3. Click the In-Progress tab.
  4. Select a course name from the list to navigate to the course page.
  5. Beneath the course thumbnail on the right side, click Reset Course Progress.
